Meet the Team

Neil Hampton - Founder

Neil has been in the exhibition industry for the entirety of his career, initially training as a specialist carpenter he recognised the need for expertly trained labour for shop fitouts when retail was at its peak and set-up a labour supply company.  This developed into supply of labour for the exhibition industry which he co-managed with his father.  He took the brave step of investing in his own equipment 10 years ago and hasn’t looked back.

It’s fair to say that the company is his passion, however when he’s not working he loves walking, supporting Green Bay Packers and Arsenal, and sport in general, the sport side nowadays very much as a spectator!

Jason Green - Operations Manager

Jason (also known as David!) joined us as a stand fitter eight years ago and has 16 years of experience in the industry.  Over the years he has played a significant part in The Company’s growth he was promoted to Foreman three years ago and subsequently into his current role as Operations Manager.

Jason now has responsibility for the operations team as well as taking ownership of our subcontract labour relationships, in addition he works closely with Neil on the management of our valued client base.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching sport and keeping up to date with modern technology.

Bob Holder - Foreman

Bob has worked with Neil for 15 years now and before the inception of Event Specialists, all told he has 30 years of experience!

Bob is an old hand and an integral part of the team; he helps to train new members and regularly leads builds.  He holds strong relationships with our client base, and we have complete trust that Bob ensures that crews under his watch behave with the professionalism we expect.

In his spare time Bob loves the outdoors, he’s an experienced course fisherman and supports Man United.

Aiden Bryant - Foreman

Aiden joined us over 8 years ago and has 20 years experience in the industry.  He is definitely the team joker and provides the invaluable service of keeping a smile on our faces!

In his spare time he enjoys swimming and evening walks.

Lloyd Jarvis - Stand Fitter

Lloyd is new to Event Specialists but not to the industry, he’s been with us for just under two years but been in the industry for eight years.

Lloyd is not a great footy fan, however if he was to name a team, he would keep it local and support The Sky Blues.  When not with us he course fishes or works out at his local gym.

Denver Holt - Foreman

Denver is one of our newest full-time team members and has been with us for just over a year now but has been known to us for much longer having sub-contracted to us for several years.

When he’s not mad busy with us he is kept on his toes with three children and is an avid Aston Villa supporter.

Holly the Dog - Chief Dog Officer (CDO)

Holly (or known to her friends as Hollypops Wiggle Bottom) is a pivotal team member and is responsible for our ‘Health and Wellbeing Policy’.

She nags us all senseless to take her for long walks around the unit to keep us all fit and chilled out.  Holly, when not nicking food from lunch boxes, spends her free time chasing her three cats around the garden at home and making doe eyes at Daddy Neil to ensure there’s plenty of food in the cupboards.
